- Naturally, appointments can be postponed or cancelled as long as this is done at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our insurer.

- We apply the payment terms as drawn up by the Dutch Association of Psychologists. .
- The intake interview is also considered a “work-related contact” and is charged by us.
