Our approach
Coaching routes
The coaching starts with getting acquainted. In the intake session, we look at the reason for the request and answer your questions. We enter into an agreement once we have determined compatibility and have defined what is needed.
On average, we estimate about eight to ten sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours. If the coaching is initiated partly at the request of the employer, the employer will be considered the client and we will discuss the coaching questions with your supervisor in advance. In some cases, a company doctor may be the client. None of the content from the conversations will be shared unless there is good reason to do so and only with your consent.

Costs and expenses
Our coaching is usually paid for by the employer. Sometimes the employee’s personal budget is used. If this is not the case, we will look into possible alternatives in consultation.
