CGG has extensive experience in coaching managers and directors. Bearing final responsibility offers all opportunities to give direction, operate strategically and influence. Reflecting on this is useful, and conversational partners are not always readily available within one’s own organisation. Bearing (final) responsibility also has a downside. When you have evolved as a professional in a managerial role, the position has different requirements and the relationship with your colleagues changes as they perceive you differently. Our coaching is usually paid for by the employer. Sometimes the employee’s personal budget is used. If this is not the case, we will look into possible alternatives in consultation.
