The core of my approach is personal leadership: How can I become more aware and more powerful? How can I conduct my life based on my own inner values and make clear choices? How can I increase my resilience in stressful situations, let things go and accept them more easily? These are themes I often encounter in practice.
Together, we research how we can operate utilising talent, energy, and inspiration. Reflection – the ability to look at yourself critically – is an indispensable ingredient. I work from the belief that people who have a clear and strong self-image are more willing to take a new step. Focussing on errors and perfection has a paralysing effect. Focussing on experimenting and practising allows you to grow and improve. As a coach, I encourage people to look from different perspectives. Furthermore, I think it is important that someone gains something from this process.

My work as an assessment-psychologist focusses on talent and growth. At the same time, potential gaps and risks are clearly identified.
