Teams & Training
CGG offers coaching to teams or groups intent on improving their work methods. This can be a reorganisation, team tensions or an organisational change. We also supervise peer review meetings and work conferences.
Achievements
As a team, you get to know each other better and you get to understand each other better. You develop a working method that is better attuned to the changing demands of the environment.
Methods
In preparation, we discuss the specific situation and wishes with managers and team members. We will then make a proposal. Team coaching can consist of interviews, dialogues, group conversations, role-playing, workshops or training. Usually, Agaath Brink or Dicky Tamminga will take these courses with you because of their extensive experience as organisational consultants and team coaches.

Costs and expenses
Our coaching is usually paid for by the employer. Sometimes the employee’s personal budget is used. If this is not the case, we will look into possible alternatives in consultation.
